Default My wife, I think I'll keep her...

Okay, so my wife goes with me today to pick up our '11 XF SC we took in for its annual service. The service rep said they'd have it pulled up at the front waiting for us. So, when we pull up I say, "Hey, I thought that was my XF up there by the service counter but that one has the chrome side vents on it."

Then, I look over at my wife and she has a guilty smile on her face. She had called up to the dealer and had them put on not only the chrome side vent covers but she had them add the chrome foot pedals. These were both things I've wanted to do for awhile now.

Man, how I love this woman!

No Jay, thats one of those that are stored away, logged and recorded for use at some later date.

I would imagine it could quite easily be brought up several times with great success as leverage......lol

Nah, guys, she does this kind of stuff all the time.

Another of my favorites is when I wanted get another pistol but was undecided which one I wanted. So, she set it up with a friend who's a gun aficionado to have him take me to lunch (without telling me the *real* reason).

We go to lunch and he hands me a sealed envelope. I open it and it was a picture of a pistol and a note to tell me that my buddy was taking me to a gun shop to pick out my present, the weapon of my choice.

She's one of a kind, I tell ya!

The guys are just busting your chops. Nobody would so much planning to make the other happy, just so they can ask for something else in return.

You planning on doing anything special for her? ......you don't have to answer if it's personal.

Hmm, if this happened to me I'd be damn sure that pistol was loaded.
