Default New member, new buyer, three questions!!

Hello everyone,
I'm thinking of trading in my Kia Stinger GT for a 2010 XFR (black on tan). Car has approx 80,000 miles on it, one owner, and my local Jag dealership tells me the car has had regular maintenance and all its recalls done.
From what i can see, the car has one definite issue (sunroof seems to be not that ''snug'' when it closes to match the roof), and one potential problem (timing chain? SC torsion isolator?).

Here is the link to the video I took of the engine on startup. Engine was warm.
Questions:
1. Does the engine noise in the video sound normal to you? I listened to a few videos of jags with timing chain issues and it doesnt sound like that IMO, but it may sound like a torsion isolator or VVT issue. Or nothing at all, maybe!
2. My local Jag dealer doesn't have access to the car's service history in detail. I'm wondering if there is a way to know if the timing chain was replaced. At what mileage should it be replaced, BTW?
3. Are you guys satisfied with the overall reliability of your ''middle-aged'' XFRs in terms of reliability, or are they money pits for guys who will bring them to the dealer whenever a check engine pops up? Consumer reports seem to say this car is pretty average in terms of reliability when compared to other luxury models (BMWs, Infiniti, etc.)

Thanks in advance,
Pete
