No interior lights on 2012 XF

No interior lights on 2012 XF

Hi
got in the car last night and realised the interior light hadn’t come on. After further investigation the rear interior lights not working, footwell lights not working, vanity sun visor not working.
All have previously worked.
Tried the auto/manual trick in the hand book of holding the middle light in for a few seconds.

Anybody else had this problem?

Sounds like a blown fuse as everything has failed.

Replaced the fuse last night and thought I’d it sorted the problem. All interior lights working fine, even went out and checked later in the evening to check in the dark.
However this morning when getting in the car seems it’s tripped again as I’m back to no lights.
Obviously there’s a short somewhere???

Check the sunvisor mirror lights, if the little globe (T5 wedge) is even slightly skew whiff it touches the surrounding metal and causes a short which blows the interior lights fuse. Tell me how I know!
Either that or you need to try the "touch the centre light for 2+ seconds reset" again.
