Default P01710 Bank 1 Lean SC 2011 XFR

I have been getting the P01710 Code for the last few days. Each day I try something new to see if it will fix the problem then clear the codes. So Far I have tried:

-Cleaning the MAF Bank 1 and 2
-I swapped MAF From Bank 1 to Bank 2 and Bank 2 to Bank 1 (Code stayed the same)
-Replaced Air filters (Easy one but shouldn't cause lean maybe a rich)
-Started Monitoring sensors using OBD11 and scanner for iphone but nothing looks out of place ( could it be something more subtle)

My next target is the Oxygen senors but I believe there are 3 per exhaust. Where should I start?
Should I even be starting at the oxygen sensors.

Approximate locations of the Sensors: Page 3

Test Codes from Jag: Page 19 P0171

Edit:
I did find a error: $81 Fill System Monitor Bank 1 TID $AA Min 0

Ok got the caps off and the car back together.
I did unplug the coolant lines, Ecu cables and pcv to throttle body tube. That left enough room to get everything done.
I did have to cut the tabs on the new caps and spin them into place and I didn’t have to remove or loosen the supercharger.

Old cap

Bad valve

New cap modified by cutting 2 tabs off

Cap spun / threaded into place with our removing supercharger

Easier to reassemble if the engine is running.

I think you’re going about this all wrong sounds like you just randomly swapping parts you think might be bad. You need to check your fuel trims to see what kind of numbers you have and then do a smoke test I have to see where your vacuum leak is. Thats the most common cause. All those O-rings get worn down and brittle overtime and leak tiny amount of air that enough to set the code
