Default Passenger Window stuck closed

Hi Folks. I have a 2012 XF2.2d and yesterday the passenger window stopped working. The glass doesnt move at all - although you can hear the relay clicking on then straight off again. Wont work from either the window switch on the door or the drivers switch pack. I have tried a window re-set. I have heard of regulators going - but does this sound more like the motor? Has anyone tried to replace themselves I have seen a few videos on youtube. Any thoughts much appreciated.

Maybe a wire got cut by the regulator or something, door card off to investigate.
