It finally happened......front end collision. $11K worth of damage. I considered the replacement of those front corner chrome blades with the ones from ADAMESH containing the daytime running lights since everything up front is being replaced......but $605 is a lot for some little leds that shine mostly in the daytime. Worth it ? Not so sure !

I have them on mine. For me it was worth it because I feel that Jaguar should have done more than just put some faux chrome blades on the lower front end of a supposed high end car. It also sets your XF apart from probably 99% of any other XF's you may encounter. Also the DRLs that you speak of blend in so well, that they look like they came on the car (which they should have). I say go for it.

 

Personally I do not like the led's that have become all the rage and for sure would not put them on my XF. Having said that the Adamesh integrated ones are well done.

 

Thanks everyone......I have decided against the leds in the chrome blade type for now.....I think it detracts from the total front-end look but perhaps much later a straight 8 led just above or against the top edge of the lower grill area, maybe ?
