Rear sunblind getting stuck

Rear sunblind getting stuck
My rear sunblind goes halfway up or down then clicks lots before a gentle helping hand gets it on its way.
I've tried silicone lubricant on the runners and wheels but no difference - what's next to try and how on earth do I get to it?!
Car is a 2009 XFR
