Pleas someone shine some light on this for me.

So, In the past year I have had Restricted performance come up in amber - Turned car off and it goes and next time it came on was 9 months later. Same thing and now its been rougly 6 months and today it came on however...
Today its not jus amber its red also? It flashes Amber saying restricted performance - then it flashes red then it says DSC not available in amber. This only comes on once i start driving it down the road. The car has been fine prior to this... I have tried to read codes but there isnt any codes ... The only thing I can remember was prior to this the day before I was on 40 miles remaining and as I drove home my car must of been doing a regen because the "popping sound" was incredibely fast - faster than i've heard it before but i didnt think it would regen on 40 miles remaining. I just don't know whats causing this? Because it starts off amber, then red then DSC not available and it only happens once i start hitting 30-40mph it comes on. Doesnt come on when car starts only when im hitting 30mph+

 

The DSC codes will be in the ABS module which your tool almost for sure isn't reading. Such as SDD/IDS can do.

 

Without car info it's very hard to guess on the internet?
