Hi,
is the pinpoint testing data and information included in any of the SDD versions? I have tried V132, v134 and v138 and in all of them when attempting diagnosis there appears to be no information, when clicking on the diagnostic procedure which the software identifies from the symptoms I always get an error message saying there is no internet connection and therefore no connection to TopiX. I assumed that this information, which is kind of VITAL to diagnostics, would be included, in fact it seems that most people talk in forum posts as if it is included up to and including version 138. Can anyone shed any light on this for me? Is there sometime need to do that I don’t know about to get access to this information? Thanks for any help.
