So I have been going to 2 indy mechanic's for my Jags for the last 4 years.

*British independent in Carlsbad California
*Coventry Jaguar in San Diego

Then Hoehn Jaguar for oil changes, yet none of them want to do the transmission fluid change? Any recommendations from those of you in SoCal? Thanks in advance. Cheers.

 

Are you near San Diego?

I've used Mitchell's British, they are pretty good, but they are in Culver City 90230.

Mugatu, call Jeff at British Performance in Mission Viejo. They are more than happy to change the tranny fluid. I haven't done it yet, but Jeff said no problem. And it's a lot closer than Culver City.

 

I did it myself, so I can't say for sure that they do it. I've used them for water pump replacement, radiator fluid, brake fluid, and power steering fluid changes.

I would just go to the closer one recommended by Kyanite though, no reason to drive all the way up here!

Might want to give RNZ Concepts on Miramar Rd a call. I just had a conversation with Albert and Dennis about doing the tranny fluid exchange. They just recently did one on a Landrover with the ZF26.
