Default Stabiliser / sway bar bushings questions

Hi, for a 2011 pre-facelift n/a 5.0

The background is that I will soon change a few cooling system components on the front of the engine as well as change the accessory drive belt and pulleys. The stabiliser bar bushings are in need of change, althought not urgent. Am I correct in thinking that the stabiliser bar bushings are changed from above, from within the engine compartment? It looks that way to me. If that is the case, I should take the opportunity to change the bushings when the coolant hoses and other components are out of the way. What do you think?

Now, regarding the bushings, I'm considering Powerflex polyurethane units instead of standard. I'm trying to gauge how much more difficulty and hassle polyurethane bushings will give to install. It looks to me that the polyurethane units are not split like the standard bushings, and must therefore be installed by sliding them along from the ends of the stabiliser bar. I wonder if this can be done with the bar in situ or must it be removed from the car? If it needs to be removed, apart from the links having to be removed, what else will need to done?

One last question ... there appears to be 2 different sizes of Powerflex bushings with no explanation of which models they're for: 31.5 mm and 32.5 mm. Any advice other than measuring the bar on my car?

TIA
