I managed to get into the Navigation diagnostics Menu to check the version of the maps, but now i don't no how to get out. the third button down is saying loading and nothing seems to get me out. I don't no what the 3rd button down said initially as i may have pressed it by accident after looking at the map version in Parts Information.
How do i get back to the normal screen?

 

If you mean this screen then it said Loading on my '10 XKR when I took took a photo and I hadn't pressed anything. Does your XF have the little white back arrow in the bottom right corner?

Failing that, I would have thought that turning the car off and back on would sort it out.

 

It sorted itself out, just had to be patient.

 

how long had you to be patient for lol, I have same problem waiting almost an hour
