Default Stumped

I've had all the common faults associated with my 2010 3.0d. Cracked inlet manifolds, turbo pressure valve, aircon pump stopping the fan from working etc and I've fixed them all with new parts. However one issue is driving me nuts and I can't find the fault.
It started when the engine started to overheat (because the fan didn't come on) and it seized the one way valve for the injector leakoff return. The leakoff pipes burst. I replaced this and the inlet manifolds at the same time as one was cracked and throwing up the RP error.
The problem I have now is;
Under hard acceleration (2500 rpm+) the engine suddenly looses power. Take my foot off and it slowly comes back to life while driving, not running on all cylinders to start with.
There's no error codes!
I connected SDD and monitored both maf sensors, map, rail pressure, turbo actuator, turbo release valve, egr valves etc and they all seem OK up to the point when the engine dies when Map, maf, fuel pressure start dropping off. However I don't have any figures to compare them with.
Also run the air flow procedure which didn't come up with any errors.
The electrical system is OK and the battery is new. The new manifolds don't seem to be leaking anywhere.

Anyone got any more ideas??

I've also checked the vacuum operated solenoids, lines and operation using a hand held vacuum pump. They seem fine.
