Racer, to the best of my knowledge, without spending big money on the dealership manual (which is electronic), your best bet is going to be to go with a service like Alldata.com. There you can get the "how-to's" on things like brake jobs and whatnot and also have access to all the wiring diagrams. HOw detailed it is will be hard to say. I haven't been force to use a service like that and have been lucky to get away with using something like the JTIS.

 

Sadly, have very little for the XF, there are a few documents available through my signature Download, but not really what you are looking for.
