Default Thoughts on ABS wheel speed sensor...

09 XF SC has a code for the left rear ABS speed senor. I just did that wheel bearing and found the hole full of crud. Cleaned everything and put her back together. Code and dash warnings came right back. Battery tests fine. Sensor LOOKED good. In other cars I've serviced if this sensor failed there is usually physical damage. Since this part is really expensive I was hoping to get feedback from those with more XF experience.

I found this one cheap, says it is the correct part, but I thought I remembered a long harness when I pulled the sensor out to do the bearing..

Also, I have little faith in Eurospares as a company. Bad luck in the past

The sensor and harness are two separate items. I've been using the following for a few years without any problems. Cheap enough to keep a spare on hand.
