Default Are TPMS covered under warranty?

One of my valve stems is leaking, and I have to refill that tire every few days. My 2010 XFR is still under bumper-to-bumper for another few months; is it covered? If not, anywhere specific I should pick up a new sensor? I try to eschew the local dealer as much as possible.

Tpms sensors and module should be covered under the factory warranty (it shouldn't be considered a wear and tear item). If they refuse, I've seen tpms sensors for our xfs on rock auto for around $50 a piece. They claim to be a direct OE quality replacement.

Great news, thanks. I'll call my horrible dealer on Monday.

Yes - they are covered by warranty (depending on what's wrong of course). I had all 4 of mine replaced on a 2010 XF SC under warranty. When the dealer tried to swap over winter tyres last year the stems had gone brittle and they were breaking getting them off. Apparently a known issue with the earlier TPMS (they replaced them with a modified one with stronger stems). You should ask them to check the other ones thoroughly as wouldn't be surprised if they are all likely to cause issues over time.
