Default Transport Relay Wiring?

I'm wondering if Jag did the same thing in the XF (2012, 5.0 V8, Portfolio) as was in my former X308 cars and installed a transport relay back by the battery that got taken out at the pre-delivery refresh (leaving the wiring in place) before handing over to the new owner?

Anyone know what I'm on about here?

TIA

They did for S-Types, so probably (as XF is derived from S-Type).

Yes the wiring is there in the XF. It is in my 2008 model and there have been threads on here with people wondering what the unused plug is for.

Br/Wh is the color, and the image of the plug helps! (Should have consulted my chart of British Standards for car wiring and tried to suss out on my own...but it's been frigid here in the NE US for the last couple weeks...yeah, should have moved the cat south when I sold my PA house....and she's outside because the Lotus is parked in the garage in MA...choices, choices, you know...))

Thanks a bunch!
