Wheel Fitment Question

Hi Folks,

Would anyone be able to tell me if the wheels on this link will fit my 2012 XF? My current OEM wheel size is 18x8.5 5x108 bolt pattern offset 49mm. I would be using these with winter tires. Greatly appreciated. Ed
