New first time Jag owner here looking for a 5.0 badge/emblem for the trunk lid on my B/B 2012 Portofiol with gun metal Draco wheels. I want to fill that void opposite the XF emblem. Already got the drop in K&N's and weather tech floor liners.

To have it made custom to match the XF badge I'm looking at $110. Rather ridiculous. There is a 5.0 badge with a red period for the mustangs but that one would look retarded.. Any ideas??

Had the vehicle for just under 2 weeks and I'm lovin it!!

Why not try putting one together from the 2.5 and 3.0 badges used on the S-Type and X-Types?

Please please please do not put a Holden Commodore badge on a Jaguar...

 

I believe the 2013 XJ SC has the 5.0 badge on the passenger side of the trunk so it should be available as a seperate part from Jaguar Dealers parts department.

 

^^ What he said - this is the case on the supercharged 2013 XF as the NA V8 is no longer a valid engine choice for the 2013 XF. Definitely available as a spare part, should be around $45-60 if I remeber correctly.

 

This is the one I added on mine. Simple and tasteful. Got it on ebay. This is metal, not cheap plastic.

I like the one in the photo because it's the same style font and height as the XF lettering.

Here's what I found on Ebay. Worst case, you can buy XF letters from them as well as 5.0 and replace your XF letters if they don't match closely enough for your taste.

Yup, that is a 2013 Supercharged which is how they are designating them now. No more "SUPERCHARGED" badge on the passenger rear. Good luck!

 

Good news guys! My local dealership was able to get the 5.0 badge. Had to order from England so they said it would take a few days for it to arrive. $54

 

Is there a part # you give us? If not, do you just order a "5.0" trunk badge from a 2013 XJ 5.0 Supercharged?

 

I wasn't given a part number but I'll give them a call later on today and see if there is even a part number for that. The badge isn't even listen in the accessories catalog from what Jeff told me.

I don't believe the 5.0 badge is from a XJ. As someone stated before it's from a 2013 supercharged XF. They went away with the supercharged badge.

 

When you receive it, it should have the part number on the plastic package it is in.

 

Attached are some screen shots I took of cars on the Jaguar USA web site. The first two are XJ Portfolio and XJ Supercharged. Both have a 5.0 badge. The car in the third photo is an XF Supercharged, which has absolutely no badges on the rear. It seems only 3.0 litre XFs have badges on the rear.

 

Interesting.. The 5.0 may be from the XJ in that case. Once I get the part number that could help us clarify the specifics.

Whatever happens I'll be happy once that void on the trunk lid passenger side is filled with a matching 5.0

 

If you log onto cars.com and look up 2013 XF Superchargers, you'll see that they have the 5.0 nomenclature on the trunk lid. So it's not exclusive to the XJ or 3 litre XF

A little strange then that Jaguar's own site is showing an XF 5.0 Supercharged with no rear badges, but in fact they come with XF and 5.0 badges.

 

Finally got it done!

Part number C2Z26306. It comes with an alignment tool. Dealer said a monkey couldn't butch up the install. I was in and out in 15min. Didn't even get a chance to finish a coffee, ha!

Car is dirty because it snowed here in Chicago so holster ur comments about that.
