Default XF keyfob cover?

Anyone have any suggestions on how to protect the XF keyfob from getting scratched up? My keyfob is only 3 weeks old, and the glossy black part is already pretty banged up, and the chrome already has deep nicks on it. Based on some rudimentary searches on Amazon, I couldn't find anything that's specifically designed for the XF keyfob.

If anybody knows of a specific cover (or a direct link to one if you have it handy), it would be much appreciated. Thanks...

You can replace the outer shell for fairly cheap. I have a few sets of the chrome edges that I swap out when mine gets banged up.

Unfortunately those shells are '12 and earlier only. Looks like the '13+s have a modified design (from the pictures, it looks like the 12s have chrome caps on each side of the remote, whereas the 13 has a larger chrome side on only one side).

I guess I will just wait until somebody releases '13+ replacement shells (unless they are already avlbl? Don't see any online), I assume it's just a matter of time. Thanks for the headsup on these shells, i had no idea they were that easy to replace.

Check with a Jag dealer parts dept. The replacement parts for the earlier models are all Jaguar OEM and are very reasonably priced. The later ones may be similar.

You hadn't mentioned your Model Year.

In that case, you can just get this cover Genuine Cowhide Leather Car Remote Key Case Holder Bag Exact for Jaguar XF XJ | eBay

I found these covers for the 09-12 years.

I'm not sure I'd pick one up. The black one might be ok. I think I'll stick with replacing the shell if it gets damaged.

I bought these for my car and they work well. Padding for the fob and it keeps it from sliding off things. Holds it in your pocket when you are tring to get other objects from your pocket. I got a red one to go with my red car. Bought one for my other car too.
