Default 12 Hour ETA On Navigation Screen

I just purchased a 2012 XJL Portfolio. I changed the language to English American. However, when I set a destination in the Naviagation, it posts the ETA in a 24 hour format (17:15) rather than a 12 hour format (5:15). I have tried everything. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I may correct this.

Thanks in advance.

Go to your center mounted Touch Screen "Home Menu", select "Setup", then "System Settings",then "Clock Adjust". You will have the choice of 12 HR or 24 HR format,; choose "12 HR".

I had previously performed the sequence you recommended and yes, my digital clock on the dash reads in the 12 hour format. However, the ETA on the Navigation Screen reads the 24 hour format. I am still trying to figure out how to change the Navigation Screen ETA to a 12 hour format. Thanks for your reply.

You are welcome. Truthfully, I don't use the Jaguar navigation, but rather a dash mounted Garmin. So much better in so many ways. Sorry I can't help; good luck!
