Default 2012 xj 5.0l sc ,plastic timing chain guild tq spec

2012 xj 5.0l sc timing chain plastic guild bolts torque spec , believe this is the part number for the bolt c2p14810 m6x1.0 jag here doesn't have a clue tried for 12 foot pounds and it snapped so assuming its much lower 1,c2p148cp14810 10,

Here is the engine torque list from the Workshop Manual:





Without checking the Parts Catalogue, I think you are refering to the fixed guide retaining bolt. If so, the problem is likely to be confusing the specified torque number in Nm for lb-ft. The required 12 Nm for the fixed guide retaining bolt is equivalent to 9 lb-ft. Torqued to 12 lb-ft represents over tightening by 33%.
