Default 2014 XJL, 65k miles, supercharged - 6.

When is the time or mileage to do the Timing belt or the Supercharger pulley?

2014 65k XJLSupercharged-6

At times the engine makes noise but Is quiet most of the time.

Thanks!

My supercharger belt was replaced at the recommended 96k/6 year service. See attached.

Default Supercharger front making noise.

What is the front of S/C snout that I have heard about people changing to make it quiet?

Is there a time period for that?
Maybe S/C snout bearings?

Thank you.!

Yes remove the drive belt from the SC. Then flop the pulley back and forth by hand.
Does it clunk or is it quiet?
