2015 XJR Brake pedal goes hard when left overnight
Hi All, have any one experienced when the car is left overnight on the next day when I wanted to start the car the brake pedal is really hard and have to press hard for the system to recognise the pedal is pressed to start the car.
Any input is greatly appreciated as I never experienced this problem before.

Yes, I tried this, the car wouldn't start, and the brake pedal still hard, unless I press really hard then I can start the car, Any suggestions is greatly appreciated I hope nothing serious in the brake system.
Instead of guessing, you should check for DTCs. Not all Diagnostic Trouble Codes trigger a warning light on your dash. You can buy an inexpensive ELM327 Bluetooth code reader that plugs into your OBDII port and use the free Torque app on your cellphone to read the codes. On my side of the pond, auto parts stores will do that for free.

A simple Hard Reset is worth trying. It's like rebooting your PC to fix an electronic glitch. Your car is a big PC on four wheels.

Many thanks Stuart S for your help, I might have slow vacuum leak as been suggested by the links you provided thus making the brake pedal goes hard, I have Icarsoft LR V2.0. I will plug it in and see if there are any codes and will check the brake pedal switch as well and report back, really appreciate help
