Why not go for the more modern Or shaped the O part is half green /red with the R attached, more striking in my mind than the plain old jaguar , just my 2 cents worth , ps mind and apply a coat of clear lacquer on top , 50mm springs to mind
I would go for these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/32430939918...sAAOSwZ1Zevv1H
New font (big foot on the J) and your choice of colour, size/length and straight or curved and if curved how much, so every base covered.
Also with clear coating I would not do that, I have put new brake caliper decals on all of my Jags more than once each and I have tried with and without clear coating and without definitely works the best. One set of decals I used, I forget which but I think they are no longer sold, even said in the instructions NOT to apply clear coat over them.
Another time the clear coat dissolved the base/colour coat making a runny mess so I had to clean it all off and start over, and another time the clear coat caused the base coat to go wrinkly. The best result by far was no clear coat and those decals lasted for years with zero deterioration, fading or discolouration despite repeated washing.

Here are the ones i was referring to , much better than the plain old boring ones that just say Jaguar , they really stand out . regarding the clear lacquer on top you wont get a problem with it taking a reaction if you use the lacquerer from same paint can provider .

I can't find these online, Where did you buy them?
My only worry is the brake caliper is red so I wonder if the red in the decal will blend into the caliper and only the green band and R will stand out.
i bought them a few year back on ebay and redone the boring red that was fading to a bright yellow on the calipers my car at that time was a 5l xkr all black car they looked great , i also done the same on a ftype v6 car i had with the S instead of the R . what colour is your car????
