My friend has 14MY X351 and he wants to retrofit the ACC, so we are looking for parts. I know we need are Radar, ABS PUMP and a steering wheel button. I already found and paid ABS module that supported ACC. Next is radar but it's too expensive. I found Radar on eBay that was used in "L320 2010 TDV6 3.0". It's not cheap, but I think it's still worth buying. The part number is BH32-9G768AC. Can it work for XJ when I'll re-programming it?
I tried to install ACC yesterday, it's my friend's 2014 XJL S/C, and the installation of radar and other parts went smoothly. As soon as I installed the steering buttons, I heard the horn honk. I thought the clock-spring wiring was the problem. It's not the right comparison, but I compared it to my car that 2017 XJL. 2014 XJL had the horn wiring going into the cruise control button box but 2017 XJL had the horn wiring connected to the horn before entering the button box.
I looked in the EPC, but didn't find anything that differentiated between clock-spring with and without ACC. I looked through the workshop manual and couldn't find any information. Can anyone help me?
Many Thanks!
I have successfully completed ACC Retrofit. First of all, as is known, ABS(same part number, same WERS) has not had to be replaced since 13MY.
All I needed was a switch pack(with ACC), radar and bracket. There were two issues, first, I ordered C2D34137 that switchpack with reference to 15MY, and I got FW93xx.. This has a fatal problem and horn won't stop honking. I disassembled steering of a friend's 15MY XJR. Contrary to the EPC, the engineering number was AW9313D767DE and part number was C2D47180. I was surprised to see the difference between the EPC and Jags.
and ACC Bracket was "Out of Stock", so I have custom made a bracket. But it failed to learn due to different angles. So I bought a used bracket and was able to solve this problem.
Here is CCF
The radar was the same as the one on the XF (X250), and CCM programming was all that was needed for successful. It's a shame that Queue doesn't support it, but everything work fine.
It was a very successful job, and my friend is very happy with it. So we decided to install ACC on 4 more!
@gloriashield I am trying the same, thanks for the guidance, what is the part number for the radar. I have 2014 XJL I got the below radar which does not seems to fit my vehicle. Strangely EPC says it fits. Does the radar that is in the first post right one for this year. Also what is the part number for the bracket? I was unable to locate the wiring harness connector for the radar. If you can point me where can I find the wiring harness.

It can't be installed in your car and it's for 10-12(pre)MY.
