Air suspension level query!
Hi everyone,
I recently bought my 1st XJ and have over the last week been enjoying it, but midweek the weather was poor so I didn't go out for a couple of days, and it was after two days that I noticed that the back of the car seemed a little uneven. Prior to these two days of not driving I hadn't noticed any failure lights on the dash and the car felt great, so I am a little confused.
Does my car have an air suspension problem or not?
Any advice will greatly received.
Regards

jagwit, it is most likely you have a slight air leak in the system and after a few days of not driving it, the one air bag (maybe both) have lost some air and that is causing the rear to sit funny. Start the car and the car should level itself back out. May want to sit and just idle as the car does this. Moving with the car not level is more likely to trigger a fault code.
On a side note, this may get a bit more attention if you post it in the X351 section vice just the general forum area.
