Air Suspension Sensor Issue?
Hi can't download the wiring diagram or service manual so apologies about this question.
My 2012 5.0 SC is at the panel beaters getting a slight ding on the rear bumper fixed. The park assist did not alert. I backed directly at a corner of a square pillar that was painted and I think the signal did not reflect back off an oblique angle. Anyway got it repaired which required the shop to take the bumper off. They said that they disconnected a bunch of wires. The left rear is on its suspension stops and is not showing a warning message. I assume the sensor must have been either been one of the wires disconnected and they haven't properly re -connected or it is damaged.
Has anybody got any thoughts? Car is still at the shop.

JS, ask the shop if they jacked up the car using a floor jack or a 4 post lift. If you use a floor jack and raise one corner too far, it will essentially lock the system and not give any alarms/warnings. I did this by accident. The only way that I could get the car to reset was to use the SDD software and tell the car to do the very accurate height measurement. There are 2 height measurement programs inside of SDD. There is a normal and a detailed version. The detailed version gets the car to within like a half inch, where the more general is good for like an inch. Once I ran the program to calibrate the height sensors (didn't have to enter data), the car then returned to its normal height. Otherwise, the rear of the car was dragging on the pavement. That is where I would start and then go from there. If something was left unplugged, you would be getting some sort of "Dynamic Suspension Fault" and then it would lead you to a height sensor that is having issues (ie, the one that is unplugged).
