Best place to get ECU tuner maps and best tuner device? Best SDD?

Where is the best place to get ECU tuners and maps? What is the best tuner and SDD for an XJ?

I would give up on the best idea. There are a number different tuners/brands and they all claim to be the best.

I and many others use VAP. I have been completely satisfied with their tune and pulley upgrade.

Same, I have the Velocity AP (VAP) tune only and it is performing very well. Additionally I take comfort knowing so many others have performed this same upgrade without incident or reliability concerns.
