Default Car running rich after changing spark plugs

Hello,

My 2012 Jaguar xj has been running a bit rich after I changed the spark plugs and one injector, it's not that bad you have to get really close to the exhaust to smell it. I also added an injector cleaner to the tank what can the problem be?

Thank you.

OBDII codes would be helpful.

No codes + running great = nothing wrong.

Check your long term fuel trims. If they are off by more than -10 for either bank, then there may be something left to check. Otherwise don’t worry about it.

I also vaguely remember you having a potential leaky fuel injector (correct?). If so this can leave a lingering smell for a while. Drive it for a while (~1000 miles and see if it clears up).

All the best.
