Dashboard going crazy adaptive dynamics, abs fault , speed not reading at times
Hey guys okay so I have a 2011 xj , I’ll begin where I think the problem started after a few pulls & races my front end gets an absolutely awful shake through the wheel under heavy braking or light braking , I assume my rotors are bad ? They look absolutely fine .. any who after this one time the shake probably was the worst it’s ever been . as I’m getting off the interstate I get an abs light (drive with care ) emergency stop assist not available , as well as parking brake not available. I get home then go out the next day no lights until halfway into my commute it went away after restart.... I fill up the tank than get on the interstate to take a 150 or so mile drive & and the dash goes insane . Throwing what looked like every warning it could , all the while it drove completely fine no hiccups , battery is strong . No loose or mast connections , here’s a video .......tonight I went on a drive and not once did anything pop up , any ides ? I have a Chevy express that did the same thing .it fixed it self because it’s been months since the van had a hiccup
Brake pad material often transfers onto hot rotors when stopped with your foot on the brake pedal. That causes a high spot on the rotor where the pad remains in contact with the rotor. When you brake again you feel that high spot as shimmy in the steering wheel because of the high spots on the front rotors. Before spending any money on a fix, try this - you may be able to remove the high spots.
Make 5 really agressive almost stops from 60MPH. Don't come to a full stop. Then do 5 more from 45MPH. If you get lucky, that'll remove the high spots. Then drive for at least 10 minutes without braking to let the brakes cool off. Hopefully, that'll make a difference.

Uncle, I would say to get the codes read for the car to see what pops up. Hopefully you get something like say C1155 which when mixed with another wheel speed sensor, could give you what you are seeing. It is kinda sounding like you have 2 wheel speed sensors that are not reading. Worst case, getting hte codes read will atleast give us a starting point. What you may have to do is plug in a reader at the start of a drive and leave it connected until it acts up, then read the codes before you turn off the car. This way you can see what the computers are seeing.
Post the code(s) here and we can take things from there.

057b:U0155..... I have a video but I’m not sure why it’s not posting . Car is driving fine I even had a transmission fault pop up , but it still let me use paddles and all the modes so Im not sure . My scanner didn’t get any abs codes
