Default Front right side creaking - thoughts?

2016 Jaguar XJL 3.0

My car is making creaking and rattling noises in the front right side, the noises are constant while driving, parking, or going over bumps. It sounds like it's coming from the interior but it actually isn't. When standing outside and bouncing the car you can hear it as if it's coming from somewhere above the front right wheel, and when the hood is open also you can hear it. When i wash the car the noises go away almost completely for a day or two, then it comes back

The suspension is good and the mechanic checked it all and there's no issues or worn parts, and made sure the nuts of the hood and fenders are tight. They suggested to disassemble the right fender but I can't really wrap my head around it since the noises go away when the car gets washed and some days i cannot hear anything. Any ideas?

Check for threads on here about the front top shock mounts going bad and causing these types of noises.

The shock mounts were replaced not long ago 😁

Could they be bad again? Factory parts? Who did the install?
Your symptoms do point to those mounts.

Yes they are genuine (image below) , my trustworthy mechanic reolaced them along with all suspension parts. Sorry i might have caused confusion, but they were replaced 2 years ago, i consider this to be not long ago lol
.but again i don't see how washing the car removes the noise, is water reaching the shock mount and "lubricating it"?

Have you looked at the top of the mount since it was installed? We tend to see the foam around the center shaft degrades and sometimes the shaft is visibly not centered anymore?
Maybe post a picture?

Yes I can't explain the water effect either but I have seen people quiet the noise by spraying WD-40 at the top of the mount.
That would not hurt anything even if it did not work.

This is the top of the right shock mount, I did spray some wd40 on it, as well as on the bushes on the control arm (second pic) without lifting the car. But still the noise is there and after i washed the car it went away for a day as usual. I do not see any disintegration of the foam, and the shaft is sturdy in the center, just the colour is not yellow anymore. I remember before I replaced it 2 years ago I could see bits of the red foam falling off like powder but not this time.

Check the plastic trim bellow the winscreen. (wipers area) If its loose it can make noise against glass and water propably make the noise go away.

Another thing to check is the hood is not rattling near the hinge on the right side. The stopper may need adjustment.

Default SOLVED

Hello,
Thanks to everyone for the help.

As i mentioned before the creaking noise was going away when i washed the car, so i sprayed WD40 everywhere the water goes when the car i washed. I opened the hood and sprayed the area just under the hood gap where the fender is bolted, It's been three weeks and the noise hasn't appeared again.
