Gap between bumper and headlamp after bulb change
Hello!
I did a job replacing the bulbs on both headlamps. Had to partially remove the bumper and headlamps. When reinstalling I noticed a gap between the front bumper and headlamp. Opened it up again, and When I remove the clips above the grille that hold the center part in place, it aligns up. If I push them back in place, the bumper bends slightly and the gap appears under the headlamps, both sides. It’s like there is something behind the grille that’s that’s not in place. Any suggestions?

I usually remove the whole bumber cover complete of the vehicle for bulbs.
Few things come in my mind: Headlight washer piping might be slided off from their groove or plastic "frame" around the radiator opening might not sit in correct position?

Might be the frame around the radiator. Is it much work to remove the whole thing compared to just loosen it?
Might be the frame. By my experiense bumber sit properly only when bumber cover is mounted straight front.
There are 2 torx screws behind wheel arch liner on both sides. Four 10mm and 2 smaller torx screws release front undercover from engine undercover. Idea on this are that front undercover stays on bumber cover. (its also possible to remove front undercover from the bumber, but i have found that its easyer this way. Also bumber stands its own with undercover still on it)
On left side of the car in wheel arch liner there are an joint to release headlamp washer pipe (near screws). On right side there are one connector for wiring on front of the wheel, inside bumber (low - seen and access thru wheel arch)
Tyres are not nessesary to remove, but helps with better access for working in wheel archs, spesially when doing this first time. You need to raise a vehicle a bit to have access for undercover screws anyway.
