Mine is manufactured in 2011 but a 2012 MY. I think from the 2013 MY the antenna was introduced yes, because the green one is a 2013 MY.

I would walk a little extra distance in order to park next to another xj.
at least I know I have someone who loves and wants to protect their car on one side of me.
i don’t know if there’s such a thing as having too much style in one end of the lot, though it might give off that vibe initially to some.
its kinda rare to see another xj where I’m from, I get a little excited just crossing paths on the road with another xj sometimes.
both those cars are gorgeous.
ground rules for parking next to another xj:
park in the furthest spot (so the other xj owner has the opportunity to admire their own car when walking back to it)
park in the same direction (so the other xj owner has the opportunity to compare theirs to yours easily)
if your xj isn’t as clean as the other xj put cones down to mark the spot and go get your xj detailed quick before returning.
Try not to walk over to the other xj and look in its windows to see its interior colors, it’s nearly impossible but ... on the other hand your a fellow xj owner ... you have to go check that cat out!
If you have a nice roll of plush carpet or can get ahold of carpet quick, xj’s its time to roll it out in between the two vehicles just so the other xj owner knows you mean business.
even if you are on a quick trip to the store, you can’t leave until the other xj owner comes back and has the opportunity to see how awesome your xj is and how much you went out of your way to make that corner of the lot even more special.
