Hankook tires
I have 21" Hankook Ventus and i think they are great. Reasonably priced and the ride is SMOOOOTH. As smooth as 21s can be anyway. The road noise is pretty quiet, and there isnt much tracking from the front wheels that ive experienced. They do seem a bit susceptible to small changes in PSI, and they ride their best at 38/42 i believe, but i have experienced some wobbles that were corrected once i adjust the PSI slightly.
They also dont last very long, at least in my case. The rears didnt even last a year, and the fronts barely made it.
They arent the best tire ive ever used, most recently i had Michelin SPs (i think) on another car and i preferred those, but the selections for my 21" size were limited, and that wasnt an option. I have no complaints though, they are good tires.

If you looking for a comfortable almost "noise free" ride consider the Yokohama ADVAN Sport A/S+. I installed a set this week on my 2016 XJL Portfolio. The vehicle has 17,500 on the clock and the OE Pirelli's had about 4/32nds remaining. I'm not a fan of Pirelli tires, so the slightly premature change was easy to justify. I have yet to put significant miles on these tires however, the initial experience is outstanding.
The Hankook Ventus tires aren't bad but they have weak sidewalls, so not recommended for areas with potholed roads. I had a set on my previous XJR and the road hazard warranty paid for no less than seven new ones over the course of three years.
I've run the Michelin PS 4+ and they're excellent but pricey; currently on Falken Azenis which I'm quite satisfied with.
