Man I am so sorry to see all that damage!! Looks like the bolts are pulling the Aluminum threads out of the block?
I can only suggest using Heli-coils in the block to give you steel threads. I have never seen threads pulled out so perfectly?

Well Heli-Coil is only one of several thread repair systems. I do think Keenserts are better but it's up to you.
Take a look. I would send them an E-mail with your pictures and a description of your problem.

If the block is distorted due to overheating, it's better to simply install a used engine.

Normally I would agree with you on this solution but Udiasi's location means finding a used engine will be difficult.
