Default Heated steering wheel upgrade

Hi, is there any difference in steering wheel part numbers, AW93-AW33, seen a couple around and not sure if need to get year specific, i think the part number changed 13-14, not sure, looking for a heated one as i got the poverty model, does anyone know where to look for the plug that may or may not be present, i know its behind the cowl but any idea on side colour, pin nos.

Edit- just having look around i will probably need the control module, then the module will just plug in to the plug (below the column) if fitted and connect to the slip rings at the back of the new wheel.

Cheers

Andy

Andy: do you know for a fact whether the x308 had the heated wheel as an option? I just got an ‘03 VDP after my ‘06 was hit by a falling tree. I loved the heated wheel in the ‘06 and dearly wish I could find one for the ‘03. Like you, I suspect if it is available I’d need a control module in addition to the wheel itself.

Thanks in advance.

Eliot
