Default Help! with removal of rear coolant pipe aka Engine Coolant Outlet Flange

Ok, so I had a coolant leak that I have traced to two places: 1. Heater core hose just in front of the bleed screw; and 2. The rear coolant pipe.

I am stuck with getting the rear coolant pipe out that is screwed in to the rear of the engine block. I have three of the four screws out, but the lower screw on the RH passenger side, is proving to be a formidable foe. See photo.

I have tried to buy a Topix manual but I keep getting error messages at check out.

Does anyone have any special tricks or instructions to get to that screw. I have the smallest torx ratchet that amazon sells, and I still can't even get it on there, much less have room to turn it.

TIA for the help.
