Sorry, I dont have exactly the information you are looking for, but...
Dark blue in the X351 XJ is possibly the best colour - car combination ever. I have a gold XJ, so I'm not being biased. Navy Blue XJ - oh my. As for the seats, you cant lose. I have black in the XJ, but cream in my Black V12 Benz.
Enjoy the ride and journey in every sense... These X351's are as good as some of the older legendary cars in other brands, E38, W140, 456 etc.
I have seen Lorie blue in person in various shades of light. Lorie blue is a true Navy blue out of all of the various shades of blue LR/Jag offers. On an overcast day, it will appear as a dark Navy blue (bluer than Farallon black). In the sunlight, it will display a radiant navy blue.
As for ivory leather, I have it myself. I wouldn't say it's "yellow-ish". It's more of a "white oatmeal" leather look.

If it looks like navy blue, swims like navy blue, and quacks like navy blue...
Sometimes it looks like navy - sometimes it doesn't.
I realize these pictures are lighting dependent - but the color seems to be all over the place - and not very easily discernible.
You're asking people to describe their impression of a colour in words over the internet... You're not really going to get an answer, as colour is so subjective and difficult to describe... I have a bike that's described by the manufacturer as "battleship blue," but it's definitely green.
I'm afraid the only way to answer this question is to find one and see it.
