When asking voice control to call a contact from my iphone 4, sometimes the voice replys no contacts found, while other times it works fine. But either way the entire phonebook is readable from from phonebook screen. Anyone having this problem?

 

I have found that you need to wait a few minutes after you start the car for the "call contact" feature to be activated. After the short waiting period, it works fine for me. One of my favorite features of the car.
