Eduardo, the signature lights can be activated to perform the function of the DRLs by the dealership. But, people say that they are not bright enough to qualify as DRLs. The only other option would be to add a set of lights to the car to perform this function.

Thermo I believe that the DRL in the XJs from 2010 to 2016 (prior to the LED headlights) consists of both signature and low-beams illuminated. There is a hack to make just the signature lights illuminate in another tread.
