Does anyone have a general idea of what this noise could be? It's like a loping, echo. Its very faint in the video you can kind of hear it in the background of the engine noise. It's a 2016 3.0 AWD. Thanks for any help

 

These engines sound like absolute **** with the bonnet up. Honestly you'll never sleep if you worry about all the horrible noises they make. Direct injected petrols have a lot more injector noise but also a lot more compression noise particularly at idle, it's why they can sound unpleasantly like diesels.

If you heard the knock knock knock that the fuelling system can make on a hot start on lots of the 5.0 cars you'd be sick, it sounds for all the world like it's seconds away from putting a rod through the block!

ETA - there is nothing in your video that'd give me the slightest cause for concern.
