My 2011 does this if I just leave a door open for a few minutes. I have read where all of them do this due to the heavy load of electronics that are active. I think that message was Jaguar's catch all preventative measure and a CYA about the excessive draining that's going on. But I am still kinda new to this car so others may have more educated opinions.

You have replaced the main battery....but clearly, it is still not at full voltage or you would not be getting this message. Did you charge the battery fully *before* installing it? New batteries are almost NEVER fully charged on installation, regardless of what the counter-person tells you (I have been through this...). And unless you do daily long runs the battery may never get fully charged. Do you have a CTEK or similar battery maintainer? these cars depend on full battery voltage all the time to power the myriad modules.
+1 on using a battery maintainer when the vehicle is idle for extended periods. A 'new' battery is often on the shelf of the parts house for several months and is not fully charged.
Use a voltmeter to read the battery voltage across the terminals with the ignition in the OFF position. There should be a minimum of 12.6 volts showing on the voltmeter. If not, charge the battery for three to five hours at 2 to 5 amps.

A long trip will definitely help a lot.
mine was better after I replaced battery and then took a long trip in the car. Three hours in each direction to go see my parents. All was good afterwards. I’m guessing after that three hour trip you will be fine too

Then it is very clear that there is nothing wrong with the Jag other than that it is not used enough! The vaule of keeping the car on a good battery maintainer (CTEK is a favoured brand) is that your battery is fully charged always, and that eliminates irritating and often worrying symptoms. In addition the life of the battery is significantly prolonged and the alternator has a much easier and longer life too.
