Hi folks, my first post. I've just taken ownership of a 2016 autobiography. I've got a question regarding the touchscreen menu/settings. The other day I was mooching through the menu system & I came across an option to adjust the amount of airflow through the climate seats. I looked at it for a while and settled on medium flow. Having driven the car for a few days I think I need to adjust the setting to high, but for the life of me I can't find that option again to change it. This was a different selection than choosing temperature/massage etc. Any ideas?

Hi , going by your post my gess is you are UK based as the states dont get the Autobiography model . is yours the dreaded Deisel version ? (lots of problems on short journeys ) or like mine the petrol version ? reading your post i am sorry i do not have any answers for you other that to read the handbook if you have one , Or down load it , i have the same car but the petrol version in the UK a very scares car indeed and have yet to use many fetures on this car inc paralel parking or such as your quest . Perhaps others can pitch in . george

 

Hi George, yes UK & Diesel. Fortunately it won't be used for too many short journey's. I've got the instruction manual for my model through the jaguar remote app. I don't think it's very accurate as it's saying there's various features/settings that don't appear on the screen when you're using it. The car has every option fitted, but I'm just baffled as to how I came across that setting for the airflow & now I can't find it. I've been on Facebook groups asking similar with no joy.

Nevermind, I was kind of hoping someone would just go "xyz and bosh" done...

Why not pop in to a friendly jaguar dealership ask them , Most are very helpful. I did recently about the reception on the TVs channels the service personnel played around with mine all were working fine was down to signal in my area , I have installed a SIM card but still figuring out " how to " use the thing lol . Good luck and enjoy the car

 

I think I will George, first things first I'll clean/replace the climate seat filters & go from there with it.
