All the buttons underneath the navi screen have stopped working except for the hazard lights. The screen has the climate control as off and will not turn on the heated or cooled seats and I can only control the volume from my steering wheel. I've disconnect the battery and then reconnected it. I've replaced it with a new battery. Drove it for fifteen miles to see if that would change anything, and it did not. Any ideas on how to fix it as I've also checked fues too. I've seen a post a while back with the same problem.But I could never find an answer to the fix.

 

Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes

 

Yes, I did and we've replaced the battery as well. I'm not able to control anything on the nav screen, it just it takes me into theSetting, but I can only control my radio with my steering wheel.
Even after changing out the battery, it tells me to start car.Battery is low.
