Thanks. Can you please translate the instructions for wiring the DRL on your website to English? Thanks in advance.

Where did you connect power to under the hood? Which component and wire?

Thanks. I did similar to you, but could not afford the Arden option, so I purchased a set of Jaguar XF LED DRL's off eBay and modified them to fit the opening. A lot more work, but $500.00 less.

Also, I wanted the solid LED bar look compared to individual LEDs. Nicodep you are correct, no way I could install these lights without removing the bumper completely.

It took me a lot longer since I didn't remove the tires due to not having proper jack stands. I found out that the car is very low to the ground when wedge underneath.

gagman, have you had much trouble with these DRL replacements for the front corners? These look great.

The Hella modules aren't nearly as elegant, but they're $150 and don't require front bumper removal. Ideal daytime output, plus optimal horizontal and vertical light distribution. See post #323

If you don't want to install additional or replacement lamps, here's another DRL solution:

anyone else really confused why so many on here were commenting on "sideskirts" when there clearly appears to be no sideskirts attached to the car?
do you all have a different definition for sideskirts??

Thank you! I was thinking about a similar installation from some much cheaper Amazon parts, but I may end up with the Hella option. I am planning to do minimal modification to get the wires through the bumper. I do feel invisible on the road with everyone else having DRLs these days.

You're welcome. The front corner of the X351 is exactly 30°, so these Hella modules project perfectly. Very rugged and trouble-free after three years. Their intensity and distribution are consistent with OE DRLs on other cars. I used stainless machine screws and fender washers for a secure mounting.
