Hi Guys,
New to this group having been in the X100 and X350 group for some time. Hopefully I can contribute to this forum as the newbie wears off as I am the proud owner of a new to me 2014 X351.
As in the title, my driver's side passenger rear door handle will not open the door. The door can be opened from the inside, and can still be locked and unlocked with the FOB. When I pull on the door handle to open, nothing happens. Door handle alarm button still rings when pressed.
Guys I don't even know where to start. Also any suggestions for a new owner greatly appreciated.

The doors have a motor, yours has failed. Any competent mechanic could fix it for you, or you could do it yourself if you are so inclined.
