My sunroof is jammed. It makes a loud noise but won't slide to close. I just bought the car a few days ago.. My vanity mirrors also fell off but I managed to get it fixed. Any advice on the sunroof?.

My recommendation, if still under warranty, is to take it to the dealership for repair.

 

Sorry to hear about your misfortune, but more information is needed to advise you on the sunroof. From whom and where did you buy it - a Jaguar dealer, other dealer, or private party? In Florida or elsewhere? Any remaining original Jaguar Factory warranty or CPO (Certified Pre Owned) warranty or extended service contract? Does the Bill of Sale say "As-Is"?

Have you called the seller and explained what happened?
