Rear power sunshade broke

2011 xjl this is the 2nd x the rear electric roof shade just stopped working in the open position, button has power it just makes a spinning noise shade must have popped of the track. Any fix ?

Hmmm I have heard of this problem for X350s. You may want to check in that forum since the design is likely a carry over.
