Smile RNS sensor mount

Hi, i wonder if anyone can help, i haver a 2016 xj portfolio with an issue with the rear near side sensor, its not the sensor its the mount at fault, not sure how but the sensor point doen at the floor and looks like the plastic mount (surround) that the sensor sits in is pointing at the floor. I've used a heat gun to gently heat the surround to try and pop it back to shape but all that happened was the glue got warm and it fell off, ive glued it back BUT i think i need a new mount. its the one on the side of the car (first sensor past the rear passenger side wheel. Any ideas where i can order one from? i have some matched paint to code it up to the car) But i cant find the exact mounting surround anywhere although i have found some Aftermarket mounts that look very similat (Vimeo) but sure if they will fit and dont want to butcher a bumper making it fit

any advice greatfully received.....found a topic on this forum but not quite the same as my issue.

TIA

What is a rear near side sensor? I can tell it's inside the cabin since it points to a floor, and not the ground (a parking assist sensor is external, so would point to the ground).
What does this sensor do?

Thanks for the reply Mark, its the pdc sensor, on my jag it has the 360 degree all round thing and for some reason my car thinks there is a bollard or something in the rear passenger side qtr. the sensor should point outwards not downwards so always thinks there is an obstruction up close.

If you can get it back in the slot, I would recommend silicon glue. A heat gun can set it, but the silicon glue (not normal silicon) will hold it indefinitely. Otherwise, it's probably 2 hours of tech work to fix.

have done exactly that but not sure its quite right, its working perfectly but doesnt look quite right, i know its a small thing but would feel more confident with a new sensor mount, getting it on the car is actually quite straight forward as you say the silicon heat glue and a heat gun does the trick.
